Booking Term & Condition

Additional Information

  • Guests are required to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened activity duration without compensation.
  • By making a deposit payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Weather & Sea Conditions

  • Guest safety is our top priority.
  • If Blue Sea Snorkel cancels the activity due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may choose to:
  • Reschedule to another available date, or
  • Receive a full refund of their deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Any cancellation made by the guest will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Guests who fail to attend the activity (No-Show) will be considered to have cancelled their booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the activity date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Each booking may be rescheduled once only.

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the activity before departure.
  • Proof of payment must be sent for verification.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
  • Availability cannot be guaranteed without a deposit payment.
